Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your shipment is created, so you can track your delivery all the way to your door.
Shipping Times
We ship all orders from MA or PA. Shipments within the United States will take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach their destination. Shipments to Canada typically take 7-10 days. Overseas international shipments can take 14-21 days, depending on the local delivery service in your country.
Shipping Costs
While all carrier costs have increased since the start of Covid-19, we have done our best to keep shipping accessible. Depending on the items you purchase, your shipping costs may total anywhere from $4.50-$40, higher in some cases, depending on delivery destination. We ship with several carriers, and your rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to your order confirmation.
Missing packages
We do our best to get your order out in a timely manner with reliable results. Your tracking information will be sent to you the moment that your shipping label is generated, with information about which carrier it will come through.
Once an order leaves our door, it is in the shipment carrier's hands, and their responsibility. If the carrier has made a successful delivery, your tracking information will show "Delivered." We cannot be held responsible for package theft or delivery to the wrong location (as your shipping label is created directly from information you provide during the checkout process).
We primarily ship with USPS or UPS, unless otherwise indicated. If you have issues with a shipment, please reach out to their claims department, and let us know what the problem is (and that you've started a claim) by emailing us at: info@mesolyft.com.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item for over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How soon will I see results?
You may notice an improvement in hydration, texture, and skin suppleness after the first application. Fine lines typically start to improve within the first week. For lasting results, use the product daily for 6 weeks, as it takes time for new collagen to form. After 6 weeks, you can use the product several times a week for maintenance.
Does it interact with other skincare products?
Yes, certain treatments require a brief pause from using MesoLyft rollers. If you're using medical-strength Retinol, glycolic acid products, or have recently undergone peels, laser treatments, or deep microneedling at a spa or medical office, wait 5-7 days before resuming MesoLyft roller use. The skin on the face takes about 5-7 days to heal, while the neck may need 7-10 days. However, you can continue using the serums alone during this time, as they’re gentle on the skin.
How long does the product last before it expires?
Our airless pumps prevent oxidation, so the product remains fresh for an extended period. Even with long-term storage, the product can stay effective for over a year.
Does it hurt? Is it safe?
No. The treatment is not painful and is completely safe to use.
The needles are 0.15mm in length, designed to work just within the epidermis (outermost layer), so there won't be any bleeding. Made from durable, FDA-approved plastic, they're easy to clean and built to last.
Maintenance & usage recommendations
After each use, rinse the roller tip with warm water, shake off excess, and let it air dry completely before the next application. Avoid covering it with the lid until it’s fully dry to keep it clean and fresh.

Night Routine: Use the roller with your MesoLyft serum before bed, followed by your favorite night cream.
Day Routine: Apply MesoLyft serum without the roller in the morning, then layer with SPF and makeup as desired.
Additional clinical Q&A
Can I go out in the sun after applying the product? It’s best to use the serum with the roller at night. In the morning, you can use the serum without the roller before applying makeup. Always apply SPF 15 or higher (preferably SPF 30) before going outside. Avoid using the roller in the morning if you won’t be applying SPF, as this may increase pigmentation.
Can I use the MesoLyft Lips product if I have cold sores? If you have a history of cold sores but no active sores, you can safely use the MesoLyft Lips product. If you feel a prodrome (early sensation of a sore developing) or have an active sore, avoid using the roller, as it could worsen the sore. Resume use after the sore has completely healed.
