Microneedling punctures the skin with tons of minuscule holes that control skin injury and prompts the body to heal these micro-wounds by releasing collagen and elastin. Since the treatment is minimally invasive, you can expect serious results without dealing with a long recovery period. At-home derma rollers are a great way to promote healthy-looking skin with better product absorption aiding in creating smooth and brighter skin.
1. Wash and dry your face
2. Pump the serum onto the wheel
3. Press and roll in each direction 6 times
4. Wash the wheel under warm running water
5. Shake off excess water and let dry
6. For best results use nightly
MIT research helped invent the rolling micro-needle wheel. Biochemists helped concoct MesoLyft’s skin-saving serums, rich in natural vitamins, antioxidants, and peptides. We’re proud to say the quality of our product meets both our own and our U.S. production facility’s high standards.
The needles are 0.15mm in length, designed to work just within the epidermis (outermost layer), so there won't be any bleeding. Made from durable, FDA-approved plastic, they're easy to clean and built to last.
After each use, rinse the roller tip with warm water, shake off excess, and let it air dry completely before the next application. Avoid covering it with the lid until it’s fully dry to keep it clean and fresh.
1. Start with a freshly washed, dry face.
2. Pump a small amount of serum onto the roller.
3. Press the roller firmly against your skin and roll up and down over the treatment area 5-6 times. Reposition the roller as needed to cover the entire area.
Pro Tip: For optimal results, roll the applicator in an up-and-down motion, pressing gently without dragging it sideways. This ensures even coverage and avoids unnecessary friction on the skin.
Night Routine: Use the roller with your MesoLyft serum before bed, followed by your favorite night cream.
Day Routine: Apply MesoLyft serum without the roller in the morning, then layer with SPF and makeup as desired.
When the product is brand new, it can take 10-20 pumps to activate. Once activated, only one pump is needed for each application.
For MesoLyft Skin serum, designed to target pigmentation, you may need additional pumps if treating a larger area like the neck, face, or hands.
We recommend applying the serum with the roller before bedtime, allowing your skin to fully recover by morning. Always apply SPF 15 or higher (preferably SPF 30) every day to protect your skin, whether or not you're using MesoLyft.
Remember to apply SPF on top of the serum before heading outside.
In the morning, you can apply the serums without the roller before makeup. The serum helps makeup go on more smoothly. Avoid using the roller in the morning if you plan to be in the sun without SPF, as this can increase pigmentation.
MesoLyft Eye, Lip, Neck Serums: You may notice an improvement in hydration, texture, and skin suppleness after the first application. Fine lines typically start to improve within the first week. For lasting results, use the product daily for 6 weeks, as it takes time for new collagen to form. After 6 weeks, you can use the product several times a week for maintenance.
MesoLyft Skin Serum: Many clients report a brighter complexion and reduced pigmentation within 2 weeks. Since pigmentation can reappear with sun exposure, continue using the serum regularly to maintain results.
All ingredients in our serums are safe and non-toxic, with certifications confirming their safety. If the serum enters your eyes or mouth, simply rinse the area thoroughly with water.
Yes, certain treatments require a brief pause from using MesoLyft rollers. If you're using medical-strength Retinol, glycolic acid products, or have recently undergone peels, laser treatments, or deep microneedling at a spa or medical office, wait 5-7 days before resuming MesoLyft roller use. The skin on the face takes about 5-7 days to heal, while the neck may need 7-10 days. However, you can continue using the serums alone during this time, as they’re gentle on the skin.
If you have a history of cold sores but no active sores, you can safely use the MesoLyft Lips product. If you feel a prodrome (early sensation of a sore developing) or have an active sore, avoid using the roller, as it could worsen the sore. Resume use after the sore has completely healed.
Our airless pumps prevent oxidation, so the product remains fresh for an extended period. Even with long-term storage, the product can stay effective for over a year.
No, the entire product should be disposed of once the serum runs out. We plan to offer replacement wheels in the near future for those who want to change them more frequently.
Most acne scars are deep and extend into the dermis. Our 0.15mm needles only reach the epidermis, so they may not significantly improve deep acne scars. However, MesoLyft Skin can complement med spa treatments like fractional laser or microneedling, which target deeper layers of skin. Wait two weeks after a fractional laser procedure or one week after microneedling before using MesoLyft to allow your skin to heal fully.
The infrared heat in our mask and gloves operates between 650 and 850 nanometers, depending on the heat level selected.
Measure Around: Wrap a fabric tape measure around the widest part of your dominant hand (right hand if you’re right-handed, left if left-handed). Measure across your palm, excluding the thumb.
Measure Lengthwise: Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your hand. Choose the larger measurement, rounding up if necessary.
Sizing: Gloves are true to size.
Small: 16-18 cm
Medium: 18-20 cm
Large: 20-22 cm
XL: 22-24 cm
The heating element is located in the top part of the gloves, covering only the fingers and upper hand.
Red Light Therapy has a shorter wavelength, targeting the upper layers of skin to help reduce inflammation. Infrared Heat penetrates deeper into the dermis, where it may help stimulate collagen production. Besides clearing inflammation that can lead to rosacea and acne, Infrared Heat has been shown in studies to alleviate arthritis and muscle pain.
Yes, any unused and unopened product can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
