The Mind Behind the Glow

Both my parents were Russian-born physicians, so it was natural that I wanted to be in medicine, helping people. Because I loved the ideas of transformation, personal improvement and instant gratification, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery resonated with me the most. 

This lead to four years as a Physician’s Assistant in Reconstructive Surgery at Boston Medical Center. It fulfilled my aspirations on many levels! I added another passion when I combined my love of art, people and caretaking by founding a Medical Spa, where I honed my craft with injectables. At the same time, I was about to become a mother, and that life event changed everything. 

When I was pregnant, I developed melasma: dark spots on my face. My dear friend and esthetician Patricia gifted me with a Derma Roller for microneedling and a kojic acid serum to pair with it. I used it daily and my spots faded in 2 weeks. That gave me an idea: What if I could make microneedling pain-free, affordable for everyone, and easy to do at home with a single serum-filled device? I was astonished that no one had thought of this. That’s how MesoLyft was born. I’ve always been a dreamer, and real dreamers get stuff done!

I took the long road, developing and testing prototypes, working with biochemists to create clean-serum formulas,  crafting special microneedling tips for an easy-roll wheel, sourcing medical device manufacturers, finding a U.S. production facility, and patenting MesoLyft microneedling Derma Rollers. I took out a loan to do it all, paid it off in a few years, and am super-proud that I never needed investors in my woman-owned business. 

I really care about making high-quality, safe, and effective products. I also love putting a smile on people’s faces. I’m proud and grateful that my anti-aging Derma Rollers with clean and effective serums are the only ones in the world. They can help anyone look better fast—and share in my dream.
